The Presidential Election Petition Court Sitting in Abuja has reserved Ruling on the preliminary application asking it to dismiss the petition filled by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its Presidential Candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar against the election of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The Justice Mohammed Garba – led court adjourned Ruling on the application alongside applications moved by other parties in the suit to a date yet to be communicated to respective parties.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), All Progressives Congress (APC) and its Presidential candidate, President Muhammadu Buhari are asking the Election Petition Court to dismiss the petition for non compliance to the 2010 Electoral Act as amended.

The Court adjourned till June 13 for continuation of hearing.
